Returns are accepted only if:

The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

Items purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless defective).

Personal or hygiene-related items.

Provide order details, reason for return, and clear photos (if product is damaged/defective).

Once approved, ship the product back to us (shipping details will be provided).

Exchange depends on stock availability.
